WELCOME BACK!
♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
I am so enthusiastic about the studio finally being able to open its doors again to connect in-person.
To celebrate it, Saturday evening 15th May, Maximo and I are organising a lay-down handpan concert.
The session also features yin yoga, some gentle breathing and yoga nidra.
After the class, homemade and healthy yummie soup & sweets and tea will await us with which we can enjoy each other’s company.
All in all, a lovely way to unwind and replenish our batteries, re-establish this sense of belonging and human connection, and the relationship with our self, infuse ourselves into the beautiful hangdrum vibrations, savour food and drinks and relish each other’s presence and company.

• Yoga mats, props and blankets are available on location for free
I’m stocked to see you again!
Lots of love,
Julie & Maximo
