Today, the Studio below is a warm and calming space, welcoming those who host and attend mind-expanding, wholesome events. A quiet retreat in the centre of the city, it’s a place for presence, learning, and community.

✨ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗦𝗘𝗫 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟?
A 5-hour in-person group experience for advanced Slow Sex practitioners (including ~1h free flow practice space) to explore and heal the way we relate and create a new culture of relating that is authentic, vulnerable, and healthy.
Part 1 and 2 of the evening will stay the same as the previous specials: first, we connect to ourselves, and then to each other.
The third part is where the ‘Special’ comes in – be surprised 😊
The special part can range from deep bodywork to energetic explorations, experimental themes or playful formats—whatever the facilitator feels inspired to share.
✨ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧?
Within a clear structure, our trauma-informed facilitator Katjalisa—supported by a trauma-informed space holder—guides you into deep intimacy. The aim is to empower you, become fully present, and connect with yourself. This way, we can get in touch with our truest desires, authentic boundaries, and ultimately powerful sexual energy.
The Slow Sex Practice is a deeply transformative space where we:
– Explore the energies behind the polarities
– Recognise & break (unhealthy) patterns
– Decondition sexual behavior
– Learn how to access our ‘full body yes’ and ‘full body no’
– Set and express boundaries compassionately (NVC) and honour those of others
– Discover what your desires are and express them
– Move slowly without goal in mind
– Use communication as a constructive tool
– Use breath as guide and guardian
– Move beyond the body to explore energetic love, play and connection
– Connect from heart to heart
– Embrace vulnerability and rejection
– Free yourself from (self-)judgement & shame
And of course: enjoy loads of fun, laughter, and… ✨

Even though the title contains the word sex, the focus is on SLOW—just to calm your nerves :). Only by slowing the F down can we truly listen to our most hidden sexual desires and most authentic boundaries—and build a healthy and loving relationship with our body—our sacred temple and portal to immense pleasure, joy & creativity.
✨ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧’𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘?
🚪 ARRIVAL: We start and finish the Slow Sex Practice all together. Please arrive 15 minutes before to give yourself time to settle in. We invite you to stay until the end.
👫 EXERCISES: After a guided meditation and breathwork to connect with yourself, we move into partner exercises—both energetic and hands-on. Each exercise is merely an invitation; you decide how far to go and can say ‘no’ anytime. You can explore variations and get naked, yet we always keep underwear on. Create the experience that feels right for you in each moment.
You are empowered to create the experience that is appropriate for yourself in that moment with that person.
Overall, we’ll learn to sloooow down, fine-tune our (sexual) energy, and go on a deep journey into healing intimacy with yourself and others.
🧡 FREE FLOW PRACTICE SPACE: For the remaining time (~1 hour), we dive into a free-flowing, sex-positive container to put our teachings into practice. You can repeat exercises, exchange massages, dance, journal, do yoga, or simply hang out with tea, snacks, and heartwarming conversations. We maintain an ‘underpants on’ policy throughout. The space is held collectively, and everyone is responsible for their own experience. You’re welcome to bring a favourite snack to share—there will be no full dinner, so eat beforehand or plan something afterwards.
🦋 CLOSING: We collectively close the experience in a (sharing) circle.
👁 AFTER: The Slow Sex Practice is a transformative, eye-opening, and healing experience designed for those longing to create a different culture of deep intimacy and authentic relating. Everybody is encouraged to apply the provided tools beyond the context of sexuality, integrating them into everyday life. It can transform your relationship. It can transform your life.

✨ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗦𝗘𝗫 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘?
The Slow Sex is a practice and a space for self-development with sex positive inclusivity. In the practice we connect and work beyond gender, race, personal preference and ability/disability. Every practice is as unique as the people who join and therefore we mindfully craft it to cater to the needs of the specific group.
SlowSex is a 3-hour in-person group experience to explore (and potentially) heal the way we relate and create a new culture of relating that is authentic, vulnerable, and healthy. In essence, relating is a form of art, and to become a master, we need to dedicate time and energy—we need to practice.

What if you could express your wild self and be celebrated for it?
That’s what we are going to do in the Wild Woman Ecstatic dance gathering.
If you long to be connected to your Wild side and want to explore her ways..
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐫.
Gift yourself a moment of self discovery.
Dance as raw, wild and free as you need. Move as the body calls you. Release. Shake out. Play and discover how your inner wildness wants to express.
Open your heart in cacao ceremony and fill up your cup with your authentic energy.
Treat yourself with an ecstatic dance for women only (or if you identify as one)! Join on your own or with girlfriends.
This dance journey is a blend between:
cacao ceremony + ecstatic dance + somatic practices (Emotion Release Ritual) + sharing circles like in women’s circles and connecting to each other + other offerings
(It’s much more than just Ecstatic Dancing)
No dance experience needed!
You can arrive from 18:15 to get ready
We start at 18:30 with a cacao ceremony for softening in the presence.
The journey will be 2 hours long – from surrendering to emotions followed by a blissful rise into freedom.. dancing uniquely as your body wishes in the moment.
Finishing up with a loving sharing circle that always brings deeper connection.
20:30 we close the journey, but there’s time to talk and catch up with each other.
We have female space holders, to make sure you feel safe and supported for the whole journey.
What you need to take with you?
• A notebook and pen for journaling and intention setting.
• Socks (we will dance barefoot or in socks).
• Special outfit that allows you to move freely and feels amazing (you can change on the spot).
Come to dance and play in a beginner guided dance journey in the Wild Woman vibes! It’s time you discover and step into your power.
