During 90mnt we will take you on a heart connection journey.
Catarina will lead us through soft heart opening Yoga Asanas whilst Kevin is assisting with Gong sound. Followed by a full immersion Sound Journey & closing with a warm and intimate sharing circle.

Yoga is a moment of introspection, to connect yourself to your body, mind and spirit. It supports you to drop into relaxation and observation, allowing you to move beyond the limitations of your mind. In a place of openness we allow the Sound Frequencies to pierce through and cleanse any negative energy, to sooth, purify and harmonize your emotions and feelings.
With the support of both practices, we will open up into deeper spaces and connect with our heart.
