50 grams of Cretan White Sage(Salvia fruticosa) dried leaves, sticks and stems removed, hand picked in the mountains of the Preveli area in Crete, Greece.
Sage can be used as an incense or for smudging. Before a healing ceremony sage is often used to clear out negative energy.
