The realisation of the shop Above went very quickly and, as we dare say, quite well.
Realising the Below was a different story. It went in phases of years and yes, it took a lot of time.
Now, exactly 22 years later, we have finalised our dream and we would like to share it with you.

In this intimate circle we explore the breath as a tool to tend to our mental, physical and emotional state of being. By consciously connecting to your breath you can learn to navigate your mental state with more ease, process stuck emotions and release tension in the body. Microdosing, like breathwork, can help bring awareness to what is present.
We combine breathwork with a (optional) microdose of our homegrown sacred stones to amplify the experience of both.
