Join us for an evening of intuitive dance and guided improvisation in a cozy space near Amsterdam Central Station.
Through simple exercises, we invite you to move beyond thinking and into movement. Sometimes you’ll explore on your own, sometimes in connection with others. There are no complicated steps, no choreography, and no pressure to perform.
This workshop is about freedom, self-expression, and discovering your own way of moving.
This edition features a live DJ set by Noah Mandala, an eclectic artist who blends music, movement, and meditation to create an immersive atmosphere for movement and exploration.
No dance experience is needed. There are no right moves. Only your own.
