𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗦𝗘𝗫 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗠𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗠
A new culture of intimacy, connection, and embodied presence.
What if your sexuality could be a gateway—not just to pleasure, but to healing, aliveness, and deep human connection?
The Slow Sex Practice is the foundational ritual of the Slow Sex Movement—a 3-hour in-person group experience guided by trauma-informed facilitators. Within a clear structure, you are gently invited into intimacy with yourself and others—whether a total stranger or a longtime partner. This is not about performance or peak moments. It’s about presence. It’s about awakening to what is truly alive in you.
Please take your time to read the full description below—to manage your expectations.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘?
The Slow Sex Practice is a self-development ritual grounded in sex-positive, inclusive values. We connect and explore beyond gender, race, preference, and ability/disability. Every session is co-created by the people in the room and lovingly crafted to meet the group’s specific needs.
You’ll learn to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom, express boundaries with clarity and care, and explore hidden desires with reverence. Together, we discover how sexual energy—our most potent life force—can be channeled not just for pleasure, but for profound transformation.
This is not a one-time experience. It’s a new imprint for your nervous system. A new way of relating. A new way of being.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧
Our trauma-informed facilitator Katjalisa, supported by a trained co-facilitator, gently guides you into deeper intimacy—first with yourself, then with whoever is in front of you. Expect a mix of breath, movement, touch, presence, and communication, all framed in deep consent.
You are empowered to choose. Every exercise is an invitation. You can stay clothed or undress layer by layer (keeping underwear on, always). You decide what’s right for you in each moment.
You might experience:
Slowing down to feel what’s actually alive in you
Recognizing and unlearning unhealthy patterns
Discovering your ‘full body yes’ and ‘full body no’
Expressing clear boundaries (compassionate communication)
Meeting desire without pressure or expectation
Moving from genital-based to heart-and-energy-based intimacy
Feeling the power of breath and presence
Embracing vulnerability, rejection, and joy
Releasing shame and performance conditioning
Connecting soul-to-soul, heart-to-heart
… and yes—fun, laughter, and pleasure!
Even though the title contains the word sex, the emphasis is on slow. This is about tuning in, not turning on. Only by slowing the F down can we access what’s real: our deepest desires, our true limits, and our innate capacity for pleasure, joy, and creativity.
𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘
ARRIVAL
We begin and end together. Please arrive 15 minutes early to land softly. Doors close at the start.
PRACTICE
We start with a grounding meditation and breathwork, then move into partner exercises—both energetic and hands-on. Clothing is optional to a degree, but underwear always stays on. There is no genital contact or penetration.
You’re invited to explore connection beyond preference or identity—beyond gender, roles, or performance. Each exercise honors your autonomy and choice.
CLOSING
We end in a collective circle to share, integrate, and return.
AFTERGLOW
Many come out of curiosity. Many return again and again. No two sessions are ever the same. Every encounter is a mirror. Every group, a new constellation. This practice can shift your relationships—and your life.
𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
The Slow Sex Movement is more than a practice—it’s a lifestyle, an art form, and a form of activism that reconnects us to ourselves, each other, and the Earth. By embracing slowness, truth, and deep presence, we end separation and reclaim our erotic aliveness.

✦ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬 (𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬!) 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦
Rituals for the Brave. Explorations for the Bold.
While our Specials usually happen on Saturdays, this one-time edition takes place on a Sunday afternoon—a rare opportunity to spend your Sunday in ritual, deep connection, and inner transformation. These immersive sessions are sacred spaces for advanced practitioners ready to meet themselves more fully and co-create a new culture of intimacy and embodied presence.
🌹 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗝𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗔
FANTASY AS A PATH TO WHOLENESS
Using Sexual Fantasies to Reclaim Disowned Parts & Become More Whole, Real, and Alive
What if your sexual fantasies weren’t distractions… but portals?
In this deep-dive ritual session, we’ll explore how your fantasies—yes, even the strange, shamey, or edgy ones—carry intelligence. They’re not mistakes or indulgences. They are maps to the parts of you waiting to be felt, understood, and integrated.
This Special combines the erotic with the therapeutic, the mystical with the grounded. Expect a night of powerful facilitation, gentle nervous system practices, relational experiments, and an invitation to let your shadow speak—and be met.
✦ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗
As Katjalisa, founder & thought leader of the Slow Sex Movement, is writing her upcoming book on sexual fantasy as a therapeutic portal, she is bringing that living research directly into our Saturday Specials. What we explore together isn’t theory—it’s alive, evolving, and deeply embodied.
You’ll learn how to:
Meet the hidden, electric, and exiled parts of yourself
Explore sexual fantasy not to act out—but to listen in
Reclaim your erotic intelligence, emotional sovereignty, and self-trust
Move from repression or performance into clarity, choice, and connection
✦ 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗟: 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗨𝗘
At the heart of this Special is Voice Dialogue—a profound and playful modality that helps you connect with your inner parts and speak from them directly. This isn’t therapy. This is conscious embodiment of the self in all its multiplicity.
You’ll learn to:
Name your Primary Selves and explore your Disowned Parts
Let these energies move, speak, breathe—without shame
Witness how they impact your intimacy, your body, your presence
Step into intelligent erotic expression rooted in consent, curiosity, and care
Expect live demos, somatic practice, partner explorations, and open space for integration.
✦ 𝗔𝗧𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 & 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗬
To deepen the field, we’ll begin with a ritual dose of Mattie’s ceremonial chocolate—crafted for inner openness, softening resistance, and grounding in the body.
✦ 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥
This Special is open to all genders, bodies, and identities — but it’s designed for advanced practitioners with a finely tuned capacity for inner work and relational presence.
Ideal for those who bring:
— Experience in parts work, conscious sexuality, authentic relating, or somatic/trauma-informed practices
— A strong capacity for self-awareness and self-reflection
— Clear boundary awareness and the ability to honor others’ boundaries without assumption or override
— The ability to communicate non-violently, even in moments of activation or emotional intensity
— An understanding of energetic responsibility — how your presence shapes the field
If you’ve attended our Thursday Slow Sex Practice, you’re especially well-prepared — this Special builds on the foundational skills cultivated there and takes them deeper into shadow, fantasy, and integration.
This is not a conventional sexual space. While clothes may come off, underpants stay on — no genital exposure.
What makes this space unconventional is the weaving of sexual exploration with deep personal development.
We work with voice, fantasy, movement, energy, breath, and awareness — not to perform or “achieve” something, but to meet what’s real, alive, and ready to be integrated.
This is a space for those who can hold their own experience and contribute to a field of trust, care, and courage.
✦ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪
Guided arrival + body-based meditation
Breath and movement practices for regulation and presence
Relational exercises: boundaries, parts awareness, consent
Voice Dialogue facilitation & live demo
Erotic fantasy as portal: embodied parts expression (solo + partner work)
Open jam space: safe, supported, and trauma-informed
Integration circle + ceremonial closure
✦ 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗘.
Whether you’re longing to meet your inner flirt, your wild one, your sacred slut, your tender romantic—or simply reconnect to you—this is your invitation.
Let’s create a new culture of relating—together.

– Ceremonial healing rituals with integration tools and daily practices
Whether you are seeking to heal deep trauma, reconnect with your life’s purpose, or simply
remember who you truly are, this shamanic workshop will offer you a safe and sacred space to do so.

Event Details
In this intimate circle we explore the breath as a tool to tend to our mental, physical and emotional state of being. By consciously connecting to your breath you can learn to navigate your mental state with more ease, process stuck emotions and release tension in the body. Microdosing, like breathwork, can help bring awareness to what is present.
We combine breathwork with a (optional) microdose of our homegrown sacred stones to amplify the experience of both.
Note: No prior experience is required. Should you have any medical concerns or curious questions about participating, or you are interested in booking a 1:1 breathwork session, please contact us.

A heart-opening ceremony of cacao & family constellation healing
“We, Kim Ruwa and Natacha Volpini, are so excited to invite you to the second edition of Cacao Constellations — a sacred ceremony where we combine the gentle, heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao with the deep healing of family constellations.”
Walk-in from 11:00 and we will start our ceremony officially at 11:15 🌞
Ceremonial Cacao is the beautiful, soft and powerful plant medicine of the heart guarded for centuries in Central and South America by ancient tribes. This medicine has been reemerging in the past 20+ years because the world is ready for her. She gently opens our hearts, stimulates our blood flow, brings happiness and bliss molecules into our being and enhances our connection with our body, Mother Earth and the Cosmos. Working with cacao can bring benefits on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Some people experience bodily sensations, emotional release, happiness, joy, shifts in mental thought patterns and sometimes visions. Every ceremony will be different for every person.
Family Constellation is a healing process that helps us see hidden patterns in our family, ancestors and life that may be affecting our journey. It brings to light things we often carry without knowing — like old wounds, roles, or family dynamics. With the support of the group, we gently explore and hold space across the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensions for what is ready to be seen, released, and healed.
This can bring more peace, clarity, and strength to your relationships and your personal path.
Whether you are constellating or simply witnessing and holding the field, you will receive exactly what your soul is ready for. Every constellation touches everyone in the circle — because at the deepest level, we are all connected.
Your hosts:
– Kim Ruwa a.k.a. @kimruwamedicinewoman is based in Amsterdam, passionate about ceremonial cacao, plant medicines and is a total fairy that works with aromatherapy, Reiki, dragon energy and more. She is always exploring new, fun and transformative ways of combining the heart-medicine cacao with other modalities. An honour to co-create this special ceremony with Natacha!
– Natacha Volpini: She is a Brazilian soul living in the Netherlands, walking a lifelong path of spiritual discovery. With over two decades of experience, she has devoted herself to exploring the unseen—drawing from Spiritism, oracle reading, and deep intuitive practice. Her journey has included training in family constellation therapy and, more recently, answering the sacred call to facilitate cacao ceremonies and Reiki healing. She holds space for transformation, connection, and awakening, gently guiding others toward their inner truth and light.
When: Nov 29th – From 11:00 to 14:30
Where: Kokopelli, Warmoesstraat Amsterdam
What: A sacred afternoon of heart-opening and healing.
– We begin with a ceremonial cacao circle to connect, ground, and open the space.
– Then, we hold 2 family constellations in a safe, supportive group.
– You can join as a participant or simply witness — both roles are powerful and healing.
– There will be time for sharing, integration, and gentle closing together.
Would you like to constellate?
We are looking for 2 people who feel called to explore something important in their life through this process. If this speaks to you, please let us know.
We look forward to sharing this sacred space with you.
Come as you are, bring your curiosity, your truth, and an open heart.
Your presence is the medicine. 🤍
With love and gratitude,
Kim & Natacha

more
Event Details
Participants take a microdose of magic truffles in a ceremonial and safe setting. It takes approx. 30 minutes for a microdose to be felt. Effects are mainly noticeable in the body, a person might feel more relaxed and ready to work deeper. During this time we will do breathing and physical exercises for opening and preparation of the body. After that follows a guided dance practice, in which participants are stimulated to visit their “forgotten body parts”, places in the body where traumas, inner wounds, subconscious feelings, thoughts, dreams, etc. are stored. By activating those body-parts, in a more open way due to the microdosing, and by integrating everything through Embody Peace dance, participants are introduced into a more holistic bodily awareness. This awareness can be used to deepen your meditation and yoga practice, your (ecstatic) dance practice, your inner work or your daily life. The practice is simple, and anyone can do it.
Next to the dance and experience guidance, this event will be simultaneously musically guided by the ecstatic dance DJ – Samaya.
Samaya, a.k.a. Steven Truijens, is a DJ and music adventurer based in the Netherlands who is dedicated to weaving the finest selection of electronic world fusion music. Samaya founded the YouTube music channel, Shivelight, and saw his DJ sets gathered prominence on YouTube, gaining millions of plays and opening avenues for him to present his unique journeys to dance floors. With overtones of psychedelic and ethereal music, Samaya creates journeys in a variety of sounds, including ecstatic dance, psychedelic, downtempo, world bass, sensual and high energy electronic music.
Having played at many events and festivals across Europe, as well as being a resident Ecstatic Dance DJ at Odessa Amsterdam, Samaya is now expanding his reach to lands far beyond to spread those Shivelight flavours.
