Do you also feel angry, but don’t feel like you have a safe space to let it out?
If yes, then this space was created for you! 😤
We women are holding so much in our daily life’s and we often choose not to show our anger as it is misunderstood. Either seen as way too much or as “cute”. Which, of course, only makes us angrier.. 🌋
This space is created by me Linda Horsta a Life Coach and a long time angry woman. My anger is deep, it is rageful. Luckily in my 20’s I discovered that I could release it in a healthy way by dancing and use the anger as fuel for healthy change, as a way to get to know my own power. Over time I discovered more and more about anger and eventually realised that I had made a ritual for myself to release it. I call it Rage Release Ritual.
It accepts anger. It allows to feel the “ugly”, murky, deeply unpleasant emotions I have in a safe way, that doesn’t hurt me or anyone else. I do it whenever I’m triggered. 🤬
I have also led it for other women in ecstatic dances in a shorter version. It allows us to be accepting of who we are. Understanding that our anger has an important role to play. It informs us about something we deeply care about and once we release the initial anger we can go deeper and take that strength and do something about it. 👿
When we allow our anger and physically release it by movement, our body gets to release the tension it has been holding. When we feel stress our stress hormones like cortisol are active and the main way for the body to release that tension is to move.
So if you want to discover how to learn to regulate your anger and deep emotions, join us for a big juicy rage release ritual!
What we will do:
– Get to know each other to feel safe,
– Journal,
– Move and dance emotions out,
– Rage!!!
– Connect to our power and what is our anger informing us about.
– Share our journey and bask in the calm after a good release.
How to prepare?
– Dress comfortably to move freely and sweat (you can change on the spot).
– Take a notebook and pen for journaling.
Time
(Wednesday) 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
