A full day immersion into our HEARTS! A 1 day taster of the different practices we share in a perfect combination to support us do dive deeper into ourselves, to see what we need to see and feel what we need to feel, from the soft space of the heart.

HEART OPENING YOGA + SOUND
Yoga is a moment to connect yourself and drop into a place of relaxation and observation, in that place of openness we allow the sound frequencies to pierce through and cleanse any negative energy, harmonize your emotions and feelings.
With the support of both practices, Yoga & Sound, we will open up into deeper spaces and have a true opportunity to connect with our hearts.

RAPÉH & SOUND CEREMONY
Rapéh is made of a sacred variety of tobacco leaf powder, herbs and tree ashes ground into a fine, aromatic powder that is blown through the nostrils. The Rapé we use is sourced directly from the Yanawana Tribe (Brazil), is well rounded in it’s softness and deep in its fullness of experience.
Combined with Sound, Essences & Incense a profound state of releasing and clarity can be experienced as well as insights about oneself .​
