Passiflora incarnata – 50 grams
Passionflower is a fast-growing climbing herb native to the southeastern United States and widely used in traditional European, American, and Ayurvedic practices. For centuries, it has been valued as a natural sedative and anxiolytic, known for supporting relaxation and promoting restful sleep. Modern research has identified its key active constituents, including flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides, phenols, essential oils, carbohydrates, and GABA.
Tea Preparation:
Add 2–15 g of shredded passionflower per cup. Pour over boiling water, steep for 15–20 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
