Valeriana officinalis – 80 grams
Valerian is a medicinal plant traditionally used since ancient Greece and Rome to support restful sleep and relaxation. Today, it’s commonly taken for insomnia, stress, mild anxiety, and mood support. Only the roots and rhizomes are used for their calming properties.
Tea preparation:
Steep 2 – 3 g of dried valerian root in one cup of hot water for 10 – 15 minutes. Drink 30 minutes to 2 hours before sleep for best results.
