Come and experience fun, relaxing and insightful collage making.
Collage is one of many art therapy exercises with plenty of self-love, self-care and mental wellness benefits.
This workshop is for people who would like to:
• reconnect to their inner self,
• strengthen their intuition,
• have a moment of peace,
• calm their mind,
• look at life from another angle,
• find their creative flow,
• find their direction or a next step.
I will guide you gently through the process.
We will start with exploratory meditation, which will help you disconnect from the outside world and allow you to dive deeper inside of yourself; bring out the treasures and let yourself be you.
After that, we will play with limitless combinations of images.
Collage making is a completely intuitive process- all you need to do is go with a flow, trust the process and let those images do the work and find their place on the paper creating a story.
Creative writing exercises will help you understand what is behind that story and what your collage wants to tell you.

You will be provided with all materials- paper, magazines, glue, scissors, pen; as well as with a safe space to share your realizations, thoughts or questions.

Visual art is a tool to help me meet myself, take care of my well being, receive guidance, understand my emotions, actions and dreams. Currently, study preventative art therapy and exploring all types of creative, artsy activities.
